1. Having a small refrigerator was a bonus, and there were plenty of cups, glasses, towels, and other necessities.

10. If you don't need a family suite, I would recommend staying elsewhere as who knows if the sheets get changed or the towels just refolded instead of replaced by what seems to be a housekeeping staff that cuts corners.
