4. When we got into our room there was some blood in our shower and it took 3 phone calls for their housekeeping to come up and clean it but other than that I would stay there again.

7. If you don't need a family suite, I would recommend staying elsewhere as who knows if the sheets get changed or the towels just refolded instead of replaced by what seems to be a housekeeping staff that cuts corners.
