1. It is centrally located, the pool was nice, we were happy with the breakfast, the rooms were clean and we got a very affordable group rate that included parking and breakfast.

4. Overly complicated rate structure meant I needed some help from management (it was something front desk couldn't or didn't want to help with) once we arrived, but even then the extras included in the rate I had booked were only provided after some chasing.

7. I booked a net direct rate believing that paying upfront would be cheaper, the next day, doubletree dropped their net direct rate by $30 a night.

10. Wasnt given any information concerning my reservation, such as the dates of my stay nor the rate i was paying, also being a Hilton Honors member they didnt even tell me that my number was on file.
