1. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to get you your money back, and if you check out early you'll lose the $ you pre-paid for the room.

2. They did try to charge us for it at check out, but it was an oversight - as soon as we told them that there was a note on our file that our fee was to be waived, they took it off and didn't charge us and were apologetic.

3. We were finally able to enjoy the pool area on our last day there before we had to check out.

6. Internet service was only available in lobby not in room so it was a pain to go down there anytime you wanted to check out things on internet which was alot, because this was the first hotel that didnt provide local telephone books in rooms.
