I hope the
manager
doesn't just write one of his generic 'sorry we didn't meet your expectations' replies but that he actually states that they are going to audit rooms periodically to evaluate my concerns.

I also wanted to add that I love how the
Manager
of this hotel responds to every review and raves about the positives but kind of dismisses the negatives.

s were on staff (at 6:00 on a Friday night) and the front desk staff were not able to do anything other than comp us a movie and bring extra bedding.

I am going to keep leaving messages with the general

until I receive a refund for the three days myself and family had to deal with horrible smells and the health hazard of smokers.
