2. we are from new zealand, reading the reviews had me very worriied about my choices in staying in hotels for our three week stay in the usa we had four days in doubletree club hotel san diego, well on arriving we found the hotel to be very nice the rooms very big we were staying with our two teenaged sons, the beds big and so comfortble lots of pillows big flat screen tv, cookies on arrival, good size bath room with bath nice views from our room, a couch and table with chair for our laptop.

4. Also they need to use more bleach washing their towels or inspect them better because 2 out of 3 bath towels had some yellow stains.

The room had broken tile in the bathroom around the edges, the grout was black with mold in several places, the toilet paper was not replaced, the glasses (glass) were the same ones each day so they were cleaning them in the bath room, nothing was restocked after use such as the shampoo or conditioner.
