1. Water and towels are in the center, which is nice.

6. The hotel is very green, so you have an option when choosing to have all linens/towels replaced or nothing at all in order to conserve energy and costs.

7. Also, Portland is a 'green city,' and Lucia is a 'green hotel,' so they don't change your sheets/towels unless you request that they do so.

9. Only downside: the bathroom was very small, towels were harsh, and we had issues with the temperature in our room (probably my bad), but for it's location and the service, I would highly recommend it.
