8. The rate: Parking was over-priced, they wanted to charge a somewhat hefty daily fee for in room wireless, water bottles in the room had a price tag on them, and we felt nickel-and-dimed instead of well taken care of.

9. The valet fee seemed a bit high ($30 per night), but considering that this was the average rate for all downtown hotels that don't have on-site parking, it was rather hard to complain.
