1. They printed out a couple driving maps for us, took some mail I had forgotten to drop in the post when they brought us our breakfast one morning and were terrific about calling us cabs when we didn't want to drive around Portland in a rental in the rain!2) Rooms were well appointed - a pillow menu - and the bath was not your usual hotel size.
