1. Now, I will say that the room was very clean, room service was prompt and the front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

2. Everything you need typically included in a hotel is provided (iron, ironing board, hair dryer, robes, toiletries, tissues, etc.) There is also room service that was decent, but nothing extraordinary.
