2. Upon arrival (approx 1pm), the gentleman in line ahead us was given his room keys, so I thought great - we can check in before we have to meet our friends for dinner.

8. When it was pushing 45 minutes I realised the dinner was never coming and therefore resorted to a packed of crisps and a chocolate bar - I didn't make this known to the staff as by that time I was no longer interested in eating so late.
