1. I booked at Hotel Lucia this time because they offered a better deal than the hotel where my conference was being held ($20 night less + free valet parking).

3. We did not find this to be a huge deal, except when two folks are trying to get ready, at the same time, than it becomes a little tough as you truly have to be mindful of every inch in the room.
