1. Very helpful front door valets, able to secure taxis quite quickly.

2. Service by everyone (front desk, bell staff, concierge, parking valet, even the bartender) was friendly and efficient, but for us the real deal-clincher is its terrific convenient access to everything in downtown Philadelphia.
