3. Room 624 was large if a bit oddly arranged with case and seating furniture set hard along one long wall, presumably to keep floor area open as I noticed it was one of the hotel's handicapped accessible rooms -- also with a rather oversized bathroom with good towels and L'Occitane amenities.

4. It included robes for each occupant (love this), nice toiletries, a loofah, nice fluffy towels (not the thread-bare ones sometimes found in hotels), Keurig coffee maker, two large flat screen TVs, and THE BED.

5. First the positives: the front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable; the room (Junior Suite) was a very nice size; the bed and pillows were wonderful; great coffee maker; nice shampoos, etc.,; and the towels were great.
