3. The concierge was extremely helpful regarding places to eat, shop etc. All of the hotel staff were engaging and accommodating; not to mention, warm and inviting.

4. Their free parking and free breakfast package was great, the room was lovely, and the concierge was very helpful in getting us information for parking at the Art Museum (Van Gogh exhibit--fabulous!).

5. I needed a car for a day trip out of the city and the concierge quickly found one for me which made my trip much more comfortable and we liked the gentleman so much we ended up booking him again during our stay.
