Pros:Friendly staffQuick check in Very Posh and updated decor in the rooms and through out the hotel * King Size Bed * Huge Bath with a separate shower/bathtub * Flat Screen TV * Decent size closet with all amenitiesClean Clean CleanThe most comfortable bed out of many hotels we have stayed in (that's saying a lot for us)Easy Check Out Classy bar/cafe on the main floor (this is were we actually had the most fun on NYE) Cons:Parking/Valet is questionable and tediousThe hotel is in the city which makes it understandable about needing valet, but the protocol of when arriving at the hotel and departing gets a little complicated.

6. Check in was efficient and friendly but Sofitel Priviledge card seemed to have no sway here as it does in Europe (however, we did benefit from a 4pm check out which was very useful and welcome).

8. I have made various requests during my stays including a bucket of ice, a vase, late check out, etc. The location is excellent - it's located at 17th and Sansom.
