1. We are definitely going to look for Sofitels now when we travel - better quality rooms for the money and the staff is just great.

5. I am so happy I did not saty at the conference hotel, because even though the service and the stars were shown as equal to the sofitel, the soitel was just so much cheaper and better value for money.

7. I like to be able to retain my towels and toiletries from one day to the next, as I actually believe the little cards in other hotels that say they're being good for the environment (not just saving money).
