4. * Consistent Doubletree quality room, nicer than typical economy hotel * Could not ask for better location to Universal Theme Park or City Walk-15 minute walk; $5 cab ride if we were tired after the day-easy to grab cab at taxi queue * Starbucks in the hotel was nice to grab decent coffee and easy breakfast * Family oriented budget cafe and good quality hotel restaurant/in-room service for convenience; TGIF's restaurant across the street * Pool * I would definitely stay again to access Universal theme parks without having to book a rental car; I would move hotels if I were to go to Disney parks or other attractions .

8. The pool is great for relaxing along with the poolside bar (awesome frozen drinks!) The entrance to Universal Studios is right across the street; a very short shuttle ride is also available to go to City Walk if you are looking for great nightlife.
