4. we stayed at this hotel recently and i must say the comfiest beds ever, the rooms were clean and towels changed every day, the staff were so well mannered and efficient and done the biggest variety of breakfast i have seen (we travel a lot).

7. I had read some Bad reviews but we liked the hotel , it's big , clean and Purfect for Universal, it takes 10 mins to walk, we were happy to do this as no old or toddlers in our party, however, without a car Disney is a long trek.
