1. ) The staff were lovely,from the manager to the reception staff,from the housekeepers to the guys that kept the pool area clean,they were all cheerful,polite and unfailingly helpful.

We were originally given a smoking room which to us non smokers had a disgusting smell and travelling with a young child the thought of all the nicotine in the room was disheartning, I called down to the front desk and we were immediately given an alternative non smoking room by the very helpful desk manager Andrew.

3. The hotel was excellent ( not just the duty manager) with free wifi in the lounge,an excellent pizzeria for supper hunger and a really nice bar ( sorry did not try the breakfast buffet).

4. I dealt with the valet service manager, who was very reluctant to help and even refused to pay for an extra night stay if I didn't find my passport and missed my flight that evening.

5. On our 2nd last day we received a call in our room on the phone from a man stating he was the assistant manager, the computers had gone down and he needed to confirm some details, he asked me for my address in Ireland which I thought was suspicious, I said I would come down to front desk instead and he said there was a long que, I felt this was very suspect.

Once on the phone we talked to a gentlemen who said that he couldn't help us with our reservation,after keeping us on the phone for more than 10 minutes, problem and that we would have to call back in an hour because the reservation manager wasn't around at the time and was probably out to lunch.
