3. they do have warm cookies at check in which is great if you have little ones they do charge your credit card for incedentals and parking if you have a car so be aware of this if you are on a fixed budget other then that this id probably one of the best non site hotels to stay at if you are going to Universal.

9. The lobby was gorgeous, the front desk staff was so friendly (they gave us early check in with no problem), and we bought our park tickets right there in the lobby.
