4. When we did check out and get the car we had loads of bags to put in but the bellboys just stood around and watched, a bit of help would be nice.

5. Also we asked for our room to be serviced early one day and it took an hour and 30 mins and 3 visits to reception before it was done, the very same cleaner was knocking on our door at 8am on our check out day though.

6. Definatly check out the 'I ride ' trolly bus great value for money and really helpful drivers saved me a fortune in taxis.
