2. On checking in, we were offered a free gift if we went to the Concierge Desk - when we got there they were simply trying to get us to attend a TimeShare meeting to buy into one of their new developments, if we attended we would be rewarded with a $100 American Express card.

3. I asked the concierge, a male with slight grey hair if he could help us to ring taxi companies as to call from our mobiles would have been v expensive as we had only Irish mobiles.

7. The rooms were spacious and included everything you may need; iron, hairdryer, tv , coffee maker etc. The location to Universal was superb, the friendly concierge desk arranged shuttles or a taxi to Universal was $5 and cheaper on a night time.

9. Other cool things: The onsite Universal concierge, the gift shop (prices are surprisingly reasonable), the readily available private taxi, and Pizza Hut.
