1. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby for FREE, however, they charge for Internet use in the rooms.

3. As other reviewers mentioned the only reason why they charge for parking is because some guests in the past that didn't stay at the hotel would park in the parking lot, and by charging for parking it reduced the number of non hotel guests parking in the lot.
