6. one block walk to the St Charles Street car ($.40 senior rates for streetcar),1/2 block to Mia's Balcony with outdoor deck, big screen TV's to watch the games, and good reasonably priced food (great beer too), and two blocks to Delmonico's (Emeril Lagasse's).

7. If you are looking for something fancy or a big breakfast without paying over $100 (basically something too good to be true), don't come here, but the low room rates allowed us to eat and drink without worrying about spending too much.
