The day front desk staff was helpful and friendly especially with the street car tickets and directions; the evening staff was like having our own concierge and pointed us to great restaurants that fit our budget and were really wonderful (Deanie's, Sun Ray Bar and Grill, Voo Doo BBQ, and Slice).
