8. Blackout shades, hung discreetly behind beautiful lace curtains, allowed us to sleep well past 8 a.m. Unlike many hotels, if you request that housekeeping let you sleep, they do.

9. I went upfront to inspect the linens and i was told they were with housekeeping and they were rewashing them and i was never allowed to see the linens.

10. we got that room by the ice machine, and the soda machine, the metal stairs in the back, and housekeeping, so the noise level was pretty high most of the time.
