Towards the end of the stay, spent one sleepless night, the room on top of ours was occupied by a couple with two small kids, as soon as they checked in it felt as they were bouncing off the walls, later found out that this room is one of the lofts with the stairs and the kids spent the whole night jumping off the stairs unto the wooden floor, it took several calls to the front desk for them to quiet down for a little while.

The staff was exceedingly nice and welcoming -- taking the time to describe the trolley system to us when we checked in, despite a line of other guests starting to form behind us (I hope they don't write the next review complaining about slow check in because the front desk clerk takes too much time with previous guests!).
