1. Although cost is not the issue, I have spent over $3000 at this hotel this year and my room was the worse.

3. We enjoyed the full breakfast furnished in the club and the evening cocktails and snacks which were included in the club level cost.

4. The only draw back is that the cost of this level is quite a bit more than a regular room but the service is immpecable and I will always stay on this level if at all possible.

6. The courtyard/pool balconies are quiet, but by the layout may not be worth the extra cost; one can easily get to what is really a common area, not a private balcony easily.

7. we stayed at this hotel the end of October 2011 , the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, we were given a free upgrade to the new R-Club level, which is amazing, should you be thinking of booking here i would strongly advise upgrading, the rooms are great and the extra's you get are so worth the extra cost.
