2. Location-wise, the hotel is right in the center of the downtown area, so you can't go wrong if you feel like wandering around to take in the nashville scene - if you're a music lover, there's plenty to suit your needs on Broadway.

The lack of temperature control was particularly frustrating after I caught a cold from spending time in the super over-air conditioned convention center, where even large men in suits were complaining about the chill and I saw a couple of people taking their hotel blankets into the conference rooms.

9. when he pulled up to let me out at this hotel, some guy in a funny monkey valet suit being very rude to the driver walks up and tells the driver to pull the car down way past the entrance to the hotel.
