Also very strict smoking policy which can be appreciated but when someone who shares the room smokes their clothing smells like smoke and when you check out - you get charged a $200 dollar fee that they have a nazi you have to deal with that insists that smoking was in the room blah blah blah and they won't provide you with their report period.

9. The negative side for the business traveller is the wireless/hi speed connection fee of $12.95 rather steep compaired to other 3-5 star hotels.

10. To complain about $27/day valet fees when the public parking garage (the same one used by the valet) is located directly across the street from the hotel with bridge access directly to the hotel is insane.
