Not only did she track down all the information I needed to file a police report, she actually went to the bar where I was the night before in person, talked to the manager and then called me to let me know what she had found out and then checked in again before leaving to update me and ask how I was making out with getting everything settled.

9. When I contacted customer service, they called the hotel to see if they would take the amount off of our bvill, but the manager would not and stiffed us for $50.
