1. 2 blocks (down & around the corner) from Bridgestone arena, the Ryman & the 2 block 'honky tonk' strip; good selection of downtown restaurants are within walking distance; Titan football stadium is VERY short drive across the Cumberland river; easy to get to regardless of which direction you are traveling from;upper level rooms on both east & west side have great views.

2. We stay at this hotel frequently, as it is right up the street from the Ryman Theater and is convenient to other places of interest in downtown Nashville.

5. The price for our room was pretty steep ($279 a night), but it was comparable to other hotels downtown because of the Nashville New Year celebration and the Music City Bowl occurring during the same time as our stay.

7. In addition to the hotel's ideal location in the heart of downtown Nashville, the staff was friendly (tried to get us tickets to the Gran Ole Opry) and we enjoyed convenient access to the Starbucks on the first floor and business center on the 4th.
