1. There is a starbucks in the lobby which opens at 6 each morning which is a little late for early risers like ourselves.

2. The rooms are nice, the lobby is beautiful, and the in-lobby Starbucks is great for coffee drinkers, but the Renaissance doesn't seem to grasp the 'big picture'.

5. The location of this hotel in DT Nashville is good and it looks good in the lobby and first three floors but like other reviewers for this hotel, we found that the room and particularly the floor needed a much better cleaning.

6. Positives -- location, views from the upper floors ( I've stayed on both sides ), common areas, free computers usage in lobbies, coffee shop, restaurant ( esp breakfast buffet ), service by employees, large room, great bedding, nice TV's, brand new LifeFitness equipment in gym.
