1. Close to Bridgestone Arena, Broadway, and the parking lot for the hotel (Library parking) could be the best rate in the city.

9. We stay in Nashville several times per year and this is our first time at the Renaaissance--- got $93 off per night for government employee rate-- who would have thought.

10. Only downsides were, no hot water for shower during peak times, housekeeping seemed a little slow and at random times and price can be a little steep depending on the rate you get.
