1. We were charged for one day valet that we did not use but they corrected the bill when we pointed out the error.

7. Upon receiving our final bill, I noticed that not only had the $100 coupon not been applied to our account, we also had not been given a 25% discount on our food.

8. When my husband questioned the bill, the front desk person told him that he could not give him the 25% discount because we should have told our server that we were rewards members when we ate, and that he could not go back and apply our $100 coupon, that it would have to go through accounting.

10. The BadOK, guys, I called and emailed three (3) times before I arrived to confirm that the internet service was included in my rate - and when I checked out, you put it on my bill anyway.
