1. The club level is nice, however they charge for booze.

2. We were on a concierge level floor, which meant that we got free food and non-alcoholic drinks M-F - this is typically available for gold and platinum marriott rewards customers, but since we are silver-level customers, they decided to upgrade us free of charge, which was nice.

4. Most impressively, when my wife was ill one day, a very kind waiter checked with the kitchen, which was happy to whip up an order of mashed potatoes to settle her stomach- no charge.

5. The food in the lounge is consistently disappointing and the lounge staff seem either aloof to visitors, as in the case of the person in charge in the mornings, or overwhelmed by requirements of the job (afternoon lounge person).
