Pros:* Spacious room with decent views (overlooks a drawbridge or the cityscape)* Comfy bed with tons of pillows* Great water pressure in the shower * Hotel lobby connects right to the MetroMover (free to ride)* Close to a lot of family-owned restaurants - great variety within a block or two * Two blocks walk from the shops at Bayside (100+ stores)* Decent price for being so close to the port/Biscayne BayCons:* Rooms are a little outdated and need some touch ups * Balcony doors don't open* Depending on what side you are on and how high up you are, you're either hit with the noise of the drawbridge or the street traffic* Fitness center is *tiny** Restaurants on-site are expensive.

7. The bed was extremely comfortable with a superb mattress and 6 regular pillows, 2 square pillows and a bolster, affording comfort whether we were sleeping, reading, or watching the flat-screen TV.

10. Hotel room was nice , my pillow was filty but room was cleaned every day and beds were always made when we came into the room , food was exapensive but the seveice was very good , the breakfast buffet was nice and was ok for the money paid .
