6. Then I called housekeeping finally got someone on the phone at 7:15pm and explained that the room had not been cleaned and I at least had to have some clean towels.

7. A 'keystone cops' scenario followed where security blamed sales, sales blamed housekeeping, management blamed the city of Miami and finally 2 weeks later, the general manager told me that all items left behind were discarded.

The service and friendliness of the hotel was like nothing I've ever experienced, from Kaitlyn at check in, the engineer who came to look at the air conditioner in our room (we did have to switch rooms and received 2 breakfast buffets for the trouble), housekeeping and the staff at Riverwalk Cafe everyone was friendly.
