1. At checkout I picked up a copy of our bill and another brief but pleasant conversion with the lady.

2. We went the first morning downstairs (regency floor breakfast ends at 9:30; downstairs breakfast is until 11) and had our breakfast only to be served a bill which we were told 'Will be taken care of by the reception upon check-out.

4. An upgrade to a suite was offered then removed (not sure why), and a $50 hotel credit was promised which never was reflected on our bill.

5. The total came to $31.00 so when the meal came I pulled 2 bills out od my pocket to pay and began to enjoy my dinner.

By and large the staff are friendly and up to standard however on checkout I had been charged for items I had not signed for and trying to have them removed from my bill was time consuming and the agent begin the desk was expecting me to do the running over and bcd to the lobby bar for aomething that was not my fault.

7. If you use your iphone and laptop to connect to the wifi in this hotel, you will be charged twice, even if you bill it to your room for the same 24 hour period.

10. Taxi cost $21 plus we gave the driver a tip (too much tip for the attitudes that he has) so make sure you stack up some of $1 dollar bills because, we didn't have it so we ended up gave him $5.
