2. A 4 star hotel should be making money via providing a better stay experience rather then publicizing teaser rates and then charging for everything else.

3. I fault the hotel with lack of security, no notification of the event, and a very slow almost forced response to deal with the problem as at times I felt forgotten and unimportant as they were too busy making money to care or deal with their problem.

4. Good price for money, BEST location, within walking distance to Bayside shops which has Hard Rock cafe on the water and shops.

5. Hotel room was nice , my pillow was filty but room was cleaned every day and beds were always made when we came into the room , food was exapensive but the seveice was very good , the breakfast buffet was nice and was ok for the money paid .

6. You need to call 15 minutes in advance and then the car will not even arrive after 30 minutes - waste of money.
