2. The Front Desk Agent profusely thanked me for my loyalty as a Hyatt Diamond Level Gold Passport Member, and he quickly offered me my choice of Diamond Welcome Amenity -- I chose a nice bottle of the Canvas Merlot along with the 'Free Drink' option.

3. Our room was cleaned perfectly each day, although one thing - perhaps the bathroom amenities could not be replaced everyday it they have not been used - we got new toothpaste every other day and shampoo and conditioner everyday leaving us with heaps by the time we left.

5. The hotel is great, the best thing being the spacious room and amenities within it such as an iron and ironing board and a space to leave them open ready for use in the morning.

6. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and all the amenities my 9 yr old and I could ask for - pool, fitness ctr, restaurant, close drive to many attractions, airport, etc. The rooms were very clean and service was impeccable.

8. As soon as you walk in, to your left is a typical Hyatt bathroom, with all of the standard Portico Bath Amenities.
