5. The nightly turn down service is also a nice treat, but I was surprised that there was not a mint /choclate on my pillow, as one mught expect from turn down service.

9. However, we only received the foam (not feather that were in the room) pillows we requested with our reservation, and at check in, by calling housekeeping several times.
