1. We asked for a late check out and the front desk was accommodating.

4. My only complaint about the hotel is that you need to carefully check your bill upon check out as a lot of my colleagues were overcharged.

5. We tried to check out 2-days early and spend the rest our trip to South Florida in Key West, no dice; Conrad will charge you $100 even if you leave before the standard checkout time.
