9. come to find out FRONT DESK NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH HOUSEKEEPING THAT THE ROOM HAD BEEN RE-RENTED TO SOMEONE ELSE- SO SHE CALLED SECURITY THINKING THE ITEMS IN THE SAFE BELONGED TO THE PREVIOUS GUESTS SO THEY TOOK IT.
