Even though the
manager
offered a free upgrade to a suite next time we are in Miami, I doubt I'd plan to pay to stay at the Conrad again, with so many other options in the area.

frantically i went to the front desk and they said ohh its here dont worry oh we understand blah blahhh- Amanda the

came out and spoke with me trying to be sympathetic with me but i didnt work.

Let's just say I wrote a novel of an email to the
manager
of the hotel about all the things that went wrong during our stay, from no electricity in our room to lack of housekeeping to the fact we were charged twice on two different credit cards for our hotel stay.

overheard the conversation and noticed my car and informed me that there was free accessible parking (I have a permit) right around the corner which we used the entire stay.
