1. We had a query on the bill when we checked out and this was amended immediately and adjusted there and then.

2. My only complaint about the hotel is that you need to carefully check your bill upon check out as a lot of my colleagues were overcharged.

3. The last thing is that this hotel adds 18% gratuity to ALL bills prior to receiving them.

5. The drinks were free but the automatic 18% gratuity (I must admit that they do write on your bill that the 18% can be adjusted - just tell the server to raise or lower it) based on the very high cost of the drinks was added onto the bill.

6. If you're planning on staying here make sure you bring dollar bills because you will be tipping a lot and check out the bathrooms at the lobby.

9. When I called the manager in regards to this he apologized and said that someone was let go earlier that morning and that was the person who took my order and although they did comped and bring the wine, they charged me for it in my final bill (They took it off at check out though).

10. The resto puts an 18% gratuity on the bill, perhaps becuase so many foreigners dont understand US tipping or maybe becuase they haven't been called on it (enough).
