1. The hotel sits in the middle of the downtown business section of the city and is within walking distance of Beale Street and many fine restaurants.

3. all in all this is a very busy property; a lot of people come through to see the Ducks walk (my two year old loved it) and there is a ton of shopping right on the property; so be prepared for a crowd if it is the weekend.

9. The duck walk is a good draw but at twice a day and the fact that there are more non-guest and kids running around really detracts from the elegance of the hotel.
