9. The lady at the front desk (a new one, not the one who had originally checked us in), told us that someone should have called us to let us know that the situation with Hot Wire had been worked out, but that we would need to stop at the front desk to get out keys authorized for the remaining 2 nights, This did not happen - - and of course it was upsetting because we had asked the woman who checked us in if we would need to stop back by the desk, or if they would be calling us in our room, and she made us feel as if these were "silly" questions, and just kept telling us "not to worry" about the situation.

10. " When you've paid $500 for a hotel stay, it's a bit tough "not to worry about it," so we went back to the front desk later to ask if the situation had been taken care of yet, and she appeared very annoyed that we were back, and said "I told you, do not worry about this.
