1. I really suggest you to park your car near, at St Paul street, it 's free during the night from 6 pm till 8 am.

2. I didn't get much noise from the street, but I did hear noise from the adjacent rooms (building codes for soundproofing were nonexistent back when this hotel was built).

7. The hotel is also right across the street from a major Metro station, making transport to and from LAX very convenient.

8. Anyone staying in Downtown has to be aware that after 5 o'clock pm the area is all but dead (sort of like wall street area in NY).
